Kay Manley

Our deepest sympathy goes out to the family of Kay Manley. She faithfully served the New Hope community as a councilwoman from March 2011 through October, 2025. She was also a dedicated New Hope volunteer EMT firefighter, serving from 1996 until the present.

Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers, as the City of New Hope has lost a devoted resident who truly loved and served her community.
